The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) has issued its Procedural Schedule in Docket No. 10-54: Review of Proposed Long-Term Power Purchase Agreement Between Massachusetts Electric Company and Nantucket Electric Company d/b/a National Grid and Cape Wind Associates, LLC.
PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE
Pursuant to 220 C.M.R. § 1.06(6), the following procedural schedule will apply:
July 16, 2010 – Intervenors provide notice of intent to file testimony
July 23, 2010 – Attorney General comments due
July 23, 2010 – Intervenor pre-filed direct testimony due
August 12, 2010 – Pre-hearing conference
August 18, 2010 – Discovery closes
August 25, 2010 – Final discovery responses due
August 30 – September 17, 2010 – Evidentiary hearings
TBD – Simultaneous initial briefs due
TBD – Simultaneous reply briefs due
