Bay State Gas Proposes New Energy Efficiency Surcharge, Files New LDAF Effective November 1

In MA DPU Docket No. 10-GAF-P1, Bay State Gas has filed its proposed Energy Efficiency Surcharge associated with cost of gas adjustments to its Local Distribution Adjustment Factor (LDAF) for the period November 2010 through April 2011.
